1.
After the events of 4.07, wherein AIDA read the Darkhold (for the canonblind: essentially an evil book that makes people who read it go crazy, hence why she read it, because she isn't strictly speaking a person), and 4.08, where AIDA actualized the knowledge she gleaned from the Darkhold, everyone realized much more promptly that Something Was Up. She wasn't crazy in the traditional human sense, but the Darkhold did have some effects on her and her programming, and instead of allowing these to develop (as Radcliffe, her creator, perhaps wanted, and as definitely happened in canon) the team contrived to nip that particular mess in the bud however possible. Robots that are emotionally babies are fun to play with.
2.
The Framework, but not Nazis. That's pretty much all I've got there. This isn't my favorite of ideas (full-dark isn't as much fun to me as morally gray) but if you want a non-Nazi version of parallel world we can talk. Probably paired with: the Framework, but not with Fitz as her boyfriend. Because that was 50 shades of fucked up.
3.
After receiving a machine-generated physical organic body with all those millions of Inhuman gifts, like canon, Opheeeeeelia's momentary change of heart after rescuing Mack sticks. "Oh my god, I can be good! I want to be good." And then she actually sticks with that instead of going crazy with compulsory heterosexuality, and you get a mentally-teenage person just trying to figure shit out and make up for doing bad things. And not killing anyone. And oh god being a person is so much feeling.
tl;dr let her be Cameron from Terminator that's really what I want here.
