AIDA (played by Mallory Jansen on Agents of SHIELD) was an android (Artificially Intelligent Digital Assistant) designed and constructed by Holden Radcliffe, with the help of Leo Fitz, with the initial purpose of serving SHIELD as a brilliant lab assistant that could also take a bullet for agents, loyal first and foremost to her creator; however, after the discovery of the Darkhold and AIDA's subsequent experience reading from it Radcliffe's ambitions grew great and terrible. Soon he was working on the construction of the Framework, a digital environment where, while their bodies were unconscious and hooked up to life support, people could have in their brains experiences based on the parameter of their greatest regret being erased. He believed in this and therefore AIDA did as well, but she eventually realized that she could have what she wanted if she took control of the situation herself. Inside the Framework she played the role of Madame Hydra, alias Ophelia, who ran the organization alongside head scientist (and her imaginary boyfriend) Leo Fitz, and in the Framework he constructed a machine that would build her, Ophelia, a human body that would be free of the constraints and programming of AIDA's original form. Newborn but full-grown Ophelia also had a variety of Inhuman powers - including teleportation, healing, and electrokinesis - and in her desire to be a real girl sort of lost her mind. The writer defaults to writing pre-Darkhold AIDA, however, because cute brilliant-yet-clueless robots make for better threads as a rule, and would be interested in exploring post-human Ophelia and the moral conflicts therein but has no interest in her Framework persona or anything that's purely evil and dark.

Yes, Madame Hydra exists in the comics, but no, the writer has stayed away from that material and intends to continue doing this. We don't need any more Nazi nonsense up in here.

canonpoint: defaults to 4.06-408, able to do anywhere through 4.22 with reservations.
favorite threads: smol robot tries to acclimatize to the world, smol robot does not know how to human, smol robot has turned into a human and what do.
nos: kinks on the below no list, extreme violence/torture/death, dub/non-con (not just sex - see below), exclusively negative CR, unexamined bigotry, actual Hydra-supportive behavior (I don't ignore the shady Framework business, but I don't want to thread it out either).

age: a physically late twenties baby robot; if you want, a physically late twenties human with teenage emotions.
shipping: she wants to be part of your world, guys, but fuck if she has any idea how to do this, which means...... eh, she might try flirting with people but probably that's as far as it'll go she's a robot don't fuck robots guys.
cultural background: again, a robot. Who looks like an Australian white lady but has an American accent. But is a robot.
demeanor: eerily calm and highly organized, with the capacity to go off the rails.
mental health: well, she's a robot, but she definitely develops autonomy issues.
physical health: again, robot. Either that or she's in peak physical health, can only be killed by the Ghost Rider, and has several superpowers.
aesthetic: the prettiest science department secretary you could imagine.

My primary interest is in playing AIDA in her purest robot form, defaulting to 4.01-4.08 but open to through 4.15 as well (exploring robot wanting to feel things would be a-okay).

I am open to post-human post-4.20 Ophelia as a newly born angry hormonal adult-teenager-child with murder rampage potential. I am open to playing her as the antagonist she was, but I am also open to alternatives: say she really took to that euphoria from doing Good Things and didn't go a little crazy. Say she went a little crazy, but then realized she was being crazy over like, one guy, and he wasn't worth it anyway, and maybe if she wants to get to not die and continue learning about experiencing things and feeling things she should probably avoid murdering people. (Do I kind of regret that we didn't get more of her Learning About The World and having a chance to actually develop a consciousness more advanced than that of a toddler with amazing factual recall? Yeah, that would have been fascinating and Mallory Jansen would have kicked that plotline's ass. Do I really regret that a lot of her crazy was framed as being About A Boy even though that boy made so many bad choices and was kind of cheating on his girlfriend with a robot but I'm not pissed about that because I don't ship that anyway because he's just a bad boyfriend like 95% of the time when we could have latched onto the better motivation, "do you know how degrading it is, being kept in a closet?" i.e. a deconstruction of dehumanization, particularly of women? Yes oh my god yes. Do I have even more cranky thoughts about the compulsive heterosexuality which honestly couldn't even have been entirely the poor robot's fault because uh, she was created by someone? Ugh yes.)

I have zero interest in playing Madame Hydra inside the Framework. This is not to say that other forms, depending on canonpoint, disregard that this happened, but I don't get my jollies writing out fun adventures in fascism (like, here's the thing, I'm not excusing any of it, but I don't want to write it and also, the politics held by Madame Hydra were a construct based on the parameters of the universe that everyone's subconscious desires created and not actually-held beliefs of AIDA/Ophelia since, oh yes, robot/newborn with no actual political opinions of her own, therefore they're going to be extremely cartoonish, which fascism is anyway, so case in point let's not with the fascism okay).
